END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Atarino CORP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY

2.1 Data We Collect

By using the App, you expressly consent to our collection of:

• Voice Data: Audio recordings of your voice commands and conversations with the AI companion
• Conversation Data: Text transcripts of interactions with the voice AI
• Location Data: GPS coordinates, route info, and driving patterns
• Usage Data: App interaction patterns, feature usage, and performance metrics
• Device Data: Device identifiers, OS info, and technical specs

2.2 Purpose of Data Collection

• Provide personalized AI companion responses
• Improve voice recognition and natural language processing
• Enhance navigation and driving assistance features
• Customize the user experience based on your preferences
• Develop and improve our services

2.3 Data Storage and Security

• Voice and conversation data may be processed on our servers or third-party AI providers
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data
• Data is retained as long as necessary to provide services or as required by law
• You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us

2.4 Data Sharing

• Third-party AI and cloud providers who assist in app functionality
• Analytics providers to improve our services
• Legal authorities when required by law

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. DRIVING SAFETY AND LIMITATIONS

3.1 Driver Responsibility

• You remain solely responsible for safe driving at all times
• The App is a supplementary tool, not a replacement for judgment
• You must comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations
• Do not interact with the App in ways that distract from safe driving

3.2 AI Companion Limitations

• May provide inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate responses
• Cannot guarantee real-time accuracy of navigation or traffic info
• May misinterpret voice commands or provide unexpected responses
• Not for emergency situations or critical decisions

3.3 Emergency Disclaimer

THE APP IS NOT AN EMERGENCY SERVICE. In case of emergency, contact local emergency services directly (911 in the US). The App cannot and should not be used as a substitute for emergency services.

4. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

4.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before period ends
• Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before period end
• Manage and cancel in Apple ID Account Settings

4.2 Free Trial

If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

5. PROHIBITED USES

• Use the App while operating a vehicle in an unsafe manner
• Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Use the App for illegal activities or harassment
• Share your account credentials with others
• Interfere with the App's security features

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Atarino CORP and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. DISCLAIMERS AND WARRANTIES

7.1 No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7.2 Driving-Related Disclaimer

WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTY THAT THE APP WILL PREVENT ACCIDENTS, ENSURE SAFE DRIVING, OR PROVIDE ACCURATE REAL-TIME INFORMATION CRITICAL TO DRIVING SAFETY.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Atarino CORP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any damages from driving-related incidents, accidents, or misuse of the App while driving

9. TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate your access immediately for violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your devices.

10. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

13. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
